Understanding Grief

Understanding our losses and the emotion of grief gives us more choices on how to cope when losses arrive in our life. From Death, Divorce, Relationships, Health, Finances, Pet loss and many more.

Challenging Changes

Do you fear change?
When it happens to us, we feel like we have no control.
When nothing seems to change, we start to lose hope that it ever will.

When we do not recognise this as a loss, we call it burnout, anxiety or “feeling stuck.” But really, it’s our heart asking to be felt.

You do not have to face those challenges alone. This work is about having a safe space to slow down, feel what is underneath and let change become something that frees you instead of frightening you.

Especially when change arrives without out consent. The job we didn’t choose to leave, the relationship we didn’t want to end, the loved one whose absence reshaped our days. These changes are forced upon us, and with them comes fear – fear of what’s next, of who we will be without what once defined us.

And then there is the other kind of fear, the fear that nothing will ever change.

We don’t often recognise it, but both fears, the fears of change come from the same place: grief.

The grief of what’s been lost, what might still be lost and what hasn’t yet begun.

Let us work together, you do not have to face this alone. Grief isn’t just about death, its about transitions. And every transition, whether chosen, sudden or long overdue – asks us to let go of one version of life to make space for another.
